Privacy notice
Gopal Partani & Co, Chartered Accountants, Nagpur ("we") runs this handbook. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you create an account, why, and the choices you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect

| Sections read, checklist ticks, quiz scores, last active time | To show your progress and let administrators see how learners are doing. |
| IP address of sign in and sign up attempts | To stop password guessing and spam accounts. Kept for at most 24 hours for failed sign ins. |
Contact about our services (only with your consent)
If you tick "Gopal Partani & Co may contact me about Zoho, accounting and related services", we may email, call or WhatsApp you about those services. This is optional, you can use the handbook without it, and you can withdraw it at any time from My account in the handbook. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except the hosting provider that stores it for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it is active. If you delete your account, your details, progress and quiz results are erased immediately. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be deleted.
Your rights
You can see and correct your details in My account, withdraw consent to contact, and delete your account yourself from My account. For anything else, including a grievance, write to gopal@gopalpartani.co. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and only the firm's administrators can see learner details.
